Group Classes


Group classes run throughout the year and take place in a variety of formats to suit your availability including weekends and evenings. Additional course dates are constantly being added due to demand so please contact me to check upcoming events.

Private Sessions


Private sessions are available if you prefer a one-on-one course (birthing partner welcome to attend if available) or the group class times /locations do not suit you. Private sessions are held in the comfort of your own home and will involve 12 hours in total. We can agree a mutually convenient schedule for these hours at the time of booking.

Refresher Courses


For those who have previously completed the Hypnobirthing Australia™ course, a 3 hour refresher session is available.

The Positive Caesarean Birth Course


For women who choose/required to birth their baby via caesarean then this is the course for you! You still have many options and choices available to you for a calm, positive and beautiful birth!

Online Hypnobubs Courses

From $199

If you can’t attend a course in person, then the online Hypnobubs programme is a great option. The online course starts at $199 and there are also options to have private sessions with myself after you go through the course content. (Vaginal or Caesarean)

Supportive Caregivers Training


Are you a midwife, obstetrician, doula or other professional working with pregnant women? I know that the support you offer pregnant women during their pregnancy and birth can make a huge difference to their birthing experience and outcome.
